- Room is spacious and looks fancy, with useful chairs and table, a huge TV. - Bed is wide and a set of soft pillows which gave us a nice and comfortable rest after an exhausting trip - Bathroom is clean and complete with bathrobes and towels, tissues with hair blower - Staffs are friendly and helpful, even met Filipinos who are accommodating at our requests and the one who’s in charge in the bar gladly gave us refill for our empty water bottles - Buffet breakfast is great, there is plenty of rice which I didn’t get quite a lot during our travel, had several egg options which are savory and also had tea, coffee, milk, or juice to choose from for a drink. We were full and ready for the day’s adventure!

The room was spacious and clean. The king size bed was comfortable and the shower was clean with great water pressure. We had dinner in the restaurant and the staff were lovely and the food was great. The reception staff were very accommodating when requesting a late check out and to please add breakfast to our booking. The hot cookie upon check out is always a lovely bonus!!

Great hotel not far from the airport. Photos of rooms are a true reflection of their current state. Outdoor pool and lounges were fantastic for our last 2 days in NZ! The parking was super easy, and they even had facilities to charge electric vehicles.

The rooms were clean and new. We stayed at DoubleTree when we were in Queenstown and Auckland. Both of them were great and we love it! Auckland’s hotel had free parking which is perfect for self-driven travellers, hotel breakfast were decent and cheaper than what the Cafes nearby could offer. It has fast food and restaurants within walking distance, you could also easily get supper via Uber Eats.

Absolutely loved the lighting. Whoever designed the lighting deserves recognition. Overall a lovely layout, and free parking was a bonus. Breakfast was tasty, loved the options that were available, and staff were exceptional - friendly and attentive but not overbearing.
